What was the bug.

The bug is that we can't install apk in realme smartphones when we start installation from file manager, chrome or any browser package installer stops working without any message.

Why this problem is in every realme device.

I have talked to some realme agents and they told me that this is not only their problem. This bug exists on every device with having Android 11 and 12.

They also told me to wait for the update but I haven't got any update yet.

SOLUTION

The only solution to this bug is to restore your device to factory settings.

!you will loose all your data stored in internal storage including contacts and photos!

For resetting your device to factory settings you have to follow these steps:

Step 1:

Open settings in your smartphone

Step 2:

Tap on backup and reset

Step 3:

Tap on factory reset

Step 4

Enter your password

After restoring your device to factory settings I think your problem will be solved. please return to acestuffs and do a valuable after your bug is solved
