Can't install apk in Realme devices [solved]

REALME (CAN'T INSTALL APK FILES OTHER THAN PLAY STORE).

In a lot of REALME devices there is a issue in installing applications.

before going straight to the solution you should first pin point what your problem is. I have written every issue for App installation error.

1. Can't install Apk from third party (Google Chrome, WhatsApp, files) even after allowing installation from third party Apps.

(Use this as a last option as a Solution as this will solve your problem but you will loose your data checkout other solutions)

This is very common bug in Realme devices after updating there Software.

What is this bug.

The bug is that we can't install Apk in Realme smartphones. when we start installation from file manager, Chrome or any browser package installer stops working without any message.

Why this problem is in many realme devices.

I have communicated with some realme agents and they told me that this is not only their problem. This bug exists on every device with having Android 11 and 12.

They also told me to wait for an update but I didn't get any update yet.

SOLUTION

The only solution to this bug is to restore your device to factory settings.

You will loose all your data stored in internal storage including contacts and photos!

For resetting your device to factory settings you have to follow these steps:

only follow these steps if you are totally sure about the problem. I will suggest you to at least follow all of the below solutions before trying it, because doing so will make you loose all your date stored on your device.

Step 1:

Open settings in your smartphone

Step 2: 

Tap on backup and reset

Step 3:

Tap on factory reset

Step 4

Enter your password

After restoring your device to factory settings I think your problem will be solved. please return to Acestuffs and do a valuable after your bug is solved.

2. If you can't install apps from the Play Store itself.

This happens when there is no storage left to complete the installation.

the cake walk solution for this problem is to delete some files from your device and make some space for the application.

3. If you can't install Apk from third party sources such as Chrome or wWhatsapp

There are three possible solutions for this problem corresponding to different conditions.

1. Allow third party installation from settings.

i). Go to phone settings.

ii). Search for "allow third party".

iii). Click on allow installation from third party sources.

2. If third party installation is already enabled but still can't install apk. 

It is possible that there is no  more space left in your smartphone. delete some files to make some space.

3. Check if another application of same name or the same application of different version is already installed on your phone. 

Delete the old application and install the new one.

4. It may happens that google play store interrupt installation of an application.

follow this solution only if you trust the source and the application as Google Play Store is trying to block installation.

i). Open Play Store.

2). Go to settings.

3). Search for play protect and turn it off.
